You'll need to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. After submitting your details, you'll receive a verification code via SMS. No. Each player is permitted only one happyph account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings. Deposits

happyph accepts the most popular payment methods used by Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Withdrawals

Log in to your happyph account and navigate to the Cashier section, then select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours. Bank withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within 1–3 business days. All withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team before processing to ensure security. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may take slightly longer.

The minimum withdrawal amount on happyph is ₱500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in installments and may require additional documentation for compliance purposes.

No. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. If you choose to withdraw before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Your real-money balance (non-bonus funds) can be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal processing.
