1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and happyph ("happyph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at happyph.org ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the happyph Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the happyph Platform and close your account. happyph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for Filipino players accessing the Platform from the Philippines. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the happyph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of happyph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the happyph Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by happyph or any relevant regulatory authority.

happyph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on the happyph Platform, you must register a Member account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one happyph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. happyph may use technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. happyph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Non-Transferability: Your happyph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify happyph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

happyph is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations. By registering on the Platform, you consent to these verification procedures.

happyph may request the following documents at any time, including but not limited to at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)
• Source of funds documentation where required by applicable regulations

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. happyph reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Providing false or misleading documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. All deposits to your happyph account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. happyph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name that matches your happyph account details.
• Any active bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• happyph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

5.3 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). happyph does not charge currency conversion fees, as all transactions are in PHP.

5.4 Transaction Errors. If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify happyph support within 72 hours of the transaction date. happyph will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, take appropriate corrective action.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

happyph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. happyph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• happyph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the terms applicable at the time the bonus was claimed.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the happyph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay rules apply across all games on the Platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. happyph does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, happyph's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state and outcome. happyph is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games use certified RNG software that has been independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in a professional studio environment. Video recordings of all live dealer sessions are retained and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. happyph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• happyph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

happyph is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the Platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

happyph takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We are committed to providing tools and resources that help Filipino Members maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your happyph account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the happyph Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

happyph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• happyph does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the periods required by applicable Philippine law and regulatory obligations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the happyph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the property of happyph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from happyph.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any happyph trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, happyph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your happyph account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

happyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if happyph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

happyph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the Platform.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

happyph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Detection of duplicate accounts.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward happyph staff or other players.

You may close your happyph account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the happyph Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may escalate your complaint to our designated complaints officer by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." We will provide a final written response within 28 days of receiving a formal complaint.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, happyph's server logs and game records shall constitute the definitive record of the transaction and outcome. These records are retained for a minimum of 5 years.

15. Amendments to These Terms

happyph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, happyph will provide reasonable notice to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the happyph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the happyph Platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and happyph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
